What is included in the kit?
Each kit includes everything you need to create your keepsake at home:

Are the materials safe?
Yes, the materials are safe to use on humans and pets. If you would like a list of the ingredients, please contact us.
How long does the casting process take?
- The casting process itself takes just a few minutes.
- The moulds need 2–4 hours to set before demoulding.
- Full drying before finishing and painting takes around 2 days for the best results.
Can I redo the casting if I make a mistake?
Each kit is designed for a single use, but you can purchase more refill materials from our website. We recommend reading the instructions fully and watching our demo video before starting for the best results.
What age is best for the 3D baby keepsake kit?
The 3D baby keepsake kit is perfect for newborns up to 1 year old.
Can I paint or finish the keepsake?
Absolutely! Once fully dry, you can paint your keepsake with the paint provided, or leave it natural to suit your style.
Do you offer support if I need help?

Shipping
Do I need to pay any extra fees when my order arrives in the EU?
No. All EU VAT and customs clearance fees are already paid through our IOSS registration. You won’t be charged anything on delivery.
How long does EU delivery take?
EU delivery usually takes 4–7 working days using Royal Mail International Tracked.
Is EU shipping fully tracked?
Yes. All EU parcels come with full end-to-end tracking. You’ll receive your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Which countries do you ship to under IOSS?
We ship to all EU member countries under our IOSS system. VAT is collected upfront for every EU destination.
What is IOSS and how does it help me?
IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) is an EU tax system that lets us collect VAT at checkout. This means your parcel moves through customs faster and arrives without extra charges.
Will my parcel be delayed at customs?
No. Because VAT and customs fees are handled upfront through IOSS, your order passes through EU customs without delays.
Do I need to provide any documents for delivery?
No. Everything is handled automatically. Just place your order and wait for delivery.
