Refund policy

We hope you love creating your keepsake as much as we loved designing it. Each Made by Mindy DIY Kit contains all the materials you need to create a beautiful and lasting cast, along with detailed written and video instructions.

Please Note:
Due to the nature of DIY craft kits, the final result depends on following the instructions carefully. We cannot offer refunds or replacements if your finished cast does not turn out as expected, as this is not a fault with the product or materials supplied.

Refunds/Returns Are Accepted Only If:

• An item arrives damaged in transit

• An item is missing parts or materials

• You receive the wrong item

To Be Eligible for a Return/Refund:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

• Provide your order number and clear photographs of the unused kit and/or any damage

• The kit must be unused and in its original packaging

We Cannot Accept Returns/Refunds For:

• Kits that have been opened or partially/fully used

• Results that did not meet expectations due to user error or variations in technique

• Orders placed by mistake
