How long does delivery take?
UK orders: Delivered within 2–4 working days.
Need it sooner? Next Day Delivery is available if ordered before 2pm.
International orders: Shipped via tracked delivery and usually arrive within 7–10 working days, depending on destination.

What if I’m nervous about doing it right?

Our kits are designed specifically for parents — not professionals. Each kit includes step-by-step written instructions plus a detailed video tutorial so you can follow along confidently at your own pace.

Do I need extra help?
Not necessarily — many parents do it themselves.
However, for newborns especially, it can feel easier to have another adult gently hold baby while you mix and pour. It’s a lovely moment to share.
The process itself is quick and straightforward.
What age is best for casting?
Our kits are designed for babies from newborn up to around 12 months.
Many parents love capturing the newborn stage (0–3 months) while their hands and feet are still tiny and curled — but beautiful results can be achieved throughout baby’s first year.
Is it safe for newborn skin?
Yes. Our moulding material is baby-safe and skin-safe when used as directed.
It’s gentle on delicate newborn skin and sets quickly, meaning little hands and feet are only inside the mould for a short time.
Safety and quality are extremely important to us — this was designed by a mum, for mums.
What if I make a mistake?
Take a breath — it happens sometimes.
We include enough material for you to achieve beautiful results when following the instructions carefully. We also provide clear guidance in the tutorial to help you avoid common mistakes.
If you’d like extra reassurance, you can always purchase additional refill packs for peace of mind.
How long does it take to set?
The moulding material sets within a few minutes.
The casting material then takes a little longer to fully harden and dry. We recommend allowing 24–48 hours before painting or placing inside the frame to ensure the perfect finish.
(Colder water can slightly extend setting time — full instructions are included.)
Can I buy more material if I want to give it another go?
Yes — absolutely.
We sell refill material packs separately on our website, so you can create additional casts or try again if you’d like extra reassurance.
Many parents also purchase refills to capture another milestone as the baby grows.
